I find the cosmetic shades are not a good match for me, but the skin care makes the box worth the price of admission.
I wear the EL Serum foundation when I want a lighter foundation and a bit more of a natural finish. I have oily skin so it doesn’t wear as well for as long on me as the Double-wear, but it still wears well throughout the day without oxidizing and it feels weightless on my skin. When I want a bit more durability, I actually mix it with the Double-wear and love it even more. You have better skin than I do and I think you’d really like the serum foundation.
I absolutely LOVE your sweater in this video. And I think that mauve-plum lip color looks really pretty on you. I know it’s a bit outside your comfort zone, but it definitely works with your skintone and definitely feels right for the winter holiday season. I’d love to see you in red lip though. I don’t think I’ve ever seen you wear a red lip and it would be interesting to see how you adapt the rest of your makeup accordingly. A red lip is outside of my comfort zone too, but from time to time I get the urge to try it (even if my husband hates it, LOL!). Happy Thanksgiving!
